  • During campaign or sale periods, shipping times may be extended due to high demand; in such cases, you will be notified.

2. Shipping Company & Tracking

  • Your orders are shipped via our trusted partner courier companies.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track the status of your shipment online using this tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

  • The delivery period within Turkey is generally 1–5 business days.

  • Delivery times to remote areas may vary depending on the courier’s distribution schedule.

4. Shipping Fee

  • The shipping cost is clearly stated on the payment page during checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically for orders above a certain amount.

5. Important Notes at Delivery

  • When receiving your order, if you notice damage such as dents, tears, or wetness on the outer packaging, we recommend requesting a damage report with the courier.

  • In case of damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

6. Undeliverable Orders

  • If the recipient is not present at the address, the courier will usually make a second delivery attempt or leave the package at the nearest branch.

  • Orders not collected within the specified period may be returned to our company.

7. International Delivery

  • At the moment, we only ship within Turkey.
